Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using OrgOS you agree to these Terms. If you are using OrgOS on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

OrgOS provides a cloud-based project and team management platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use OrgOS.
  • You may not share your account credentials with others.

4. Plans and billing

  • Free plan: limited to 1 workspace and 1 project. No payment required.
  • Solo plan ($12/month): full feature access for individual use.
  • Team plan ($20/user/month): full feature access for teams.
  • Paid plans are billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
  • We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use OrgOS to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Transmit malware, spam, or harmful content.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape the service.
  • Use the AI features to generate illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you create in OrgOS. By using the service, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

7. AI features

AI-generated responses are provided for informational purposes only. OrgOS is not responsible for decisions made based on AI output. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before acting on it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

OrgOS is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prague, Czech Republic.
